Measuring
To ensure your door has a neat fit within your frame it is important to accurately measure both the height and width of your space.
HEIGHT
- Measure the opening height [+/-1mm] from the underside of the head to the top of the floor covering at both sides of the doorway.
- If the opening is over 1 metre wide, measure the height at 1 metre intervals across the opening.
- Use the shortest height measured.
WIDTH
Measure the opening width [+/- 1mm] from jamb to jamb at the top of the opening where the track will go.
To ensure a neat fit it is recommended that doorstops are removed before measuring.
DIY Installation
All Concertina Caravan doors come complete with fixtures, fittings and instructions for easy DIY.
Door frame requirement: 60mm in width to accomodate door's tracks and channel fixings.

The vast majority of Concertina Doors are custom made to order in approximately 5 weeks. You will receive an email order confirmation once your order is placed. Your ETA for delivery is displayed in your order confirmation email.

Concertina Doors are delivered straight to your door, fast, and to anywhere in Australia.
Delivery Costs
Depending on your state and the size of the door you choose, your delivery costs will be calculated for you at checkout.
After adding the door(s) you want to order to the Cart, click on Checkout. Enter your postcode and the delivery cost for the door(s) will be calculated in real-time.
Receiving your Order
Our doors are packaged in heavy duty cardboard packaging to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. However, it’s very important to check all boxes when they are delivered to ensure there is no damage during transportation. If you find a problem with the integrity of any of the boxes, you must inform the delivery driver immediately and prior to them leaving.
Delivery Address
If you would like to change your delivery address, please email our customer service team on enquiries@concertinadoorsonline.com.au. When placing your order please include a telephone number you can be reached on during business hours to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Delivery without signature
If you would like your delivery dropped off without the need for you to be home to sign for it, leave a message when you place your order to let us know where to leave it.
Large Orders
Please be aware that some large orders may be dispatched to a local depot for you to collect. You will receive notification of this delivery.
